Q. How do I install 1stManufacturing?
A. We can guide you through the whole process of installing 1stManufacturing or we can do it for you either remotely or on site. If you take the installation and configuration training then there is no reason why you would not be able to do it by yourself.
Q. How do I get support?
A. For support you can simply call our telephone support team or send us an email request.
Q. Can I get on site training?
A. 1stManufacturing training is normally delivered in a classroom setting at our premises. However we understand that sometimes this is not practical and so we can deliver bespoke training to you at your site, Give us a call for details.
Q. What types of company use our solution?
A.We have almost 200 companies around the UK using our solution, from Small 5 person companies to 500 person companies.
Q. What happens if i want to stop using 1stManufacturing?
A. If you should decide to stop using 1stManufacturing then you can either export all of your data from the application or pay a one off fee to keep a read only version of the system. This will allow you to see all of your data you entered and export it when needed so you wont lose all that information you have entered.
Q. Are there any hidden charges or costs?
A. Not at all, the figures you see on our web site are what you pay. no hidden costs.
Q. Am i locked into any long contracts?
A. With 1stManufacturing there are no long trem contracts to sign so you can stop paying and using the system with just one months notice.
